This was our third purchase of a swingz for our grandchildren, each family getting years of use from each one. After being stuffed around by another company and not receiving what I had ordered, I called swingznthingz and was assured I would get my swing within a week (a week before we went away for Christmas so very busy time of year) I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and the swing was delivered on Friday afternoon!
